bad experience this time unfortunately.
out of stock item - ok. Happens.
Asked if I wished to exchange for another item
Alternative items requested by reply email were ignored and not sent
express post was NOT requested but used anyway (and charged for)
overall very unsatisfactory service on this occasion.

So happy with the my paints. I didn’t know you would send by express post and it arrived super quick. I will shop with you again. I ordered a brush elsewhere a week ago and still haven’t received it. Should have bought it here instead!

as product was damaged i thought a discount would have been offered i was going to order a board or 2 and asked about shipping it seemed one board would not be bulky only it was i also asked what 100z meant as i use 380 and did not get a suitable reply so just ordered paint i feel the shipping cost was excessive also there was a 20%off the
