I really don’t know how to rate you. I am still feeling a bit annoyed because one of the products I’d ordered (empty watercolour half pans) – which was actually the reason for me choosing Senior this time as nobody else had them – turned out to be out of stock although online it said available. I realise these things happen and understand

The Baohong sample pack arrived in excellent condition and the added bonus of the Daniel Smith swatch card was a wonderful surprise!! Thank you.
I have since told fellow members of our small local art group about the product and the service. (The nearest local supplier of art supplies is 40 minutes away.)

the pthalo green is not a correct consistency. It is as if the glue has separated from the pigment.Not your fault but fault of the product
