Packaging was not usual Seniors standard. Paint tubes arrived "floating" loosley inside plastic postal bag. They had been crushed! Fortunately the tubes were still intact and were close to rupture.

Thank you! The apps that track the parcel don't always work, there was silence, then 'label prepared by sender' then parcel arrived the next day!!!! Bit disappointed in the sketchbooks, love the look and feel of the cover but paper not quite what I wanted.

Great service as usual. They alway have the product I need and at fair prices. Very quick delivery time and I know from previous experience that the staff are excellent with their customer service if there are any issues.
