I’ve always found the instore service excellent. Genuinely Friendly and helpful and attentive, without being overbearing. The product pricing is competitive and products excellent. This was my first time shopping with Senior Art Supplies online. I was blown away by the service after one of the boxes of watercolours arrived with a tube missing. I emailed about the issue and a replacement was sent via express post the next day. That level of service is rare these days and I appreciated the response very much.
